About the Artist

Tamale-based Singer/Songwriter, Benjamin Anaman, has been honing his musical skills for the past years. Originally, a bandmaster/organist and Praises & Worship team Leader for his church (Bethel Methodist Cathedral – Tamale), Benjamin blended his Choral music skills with Ghanaian Contemporary Gospel music into a perfect marriage.

Benjamin‘s involvement with the Evangelism drive ( team) of his Local society (Church) allows him to introduce another element to this union, which is demonstrated in the lyrical progressive power featured in his songs, filled with inspirational and Salvation messages.

It all started in Obuasi Freeman Methodist Cathedral – Tutuka Circuit, where Benjamin took some short training to learn how to play the piano (organ), in 1997, which elicited the art of song writing talent in him.

Benjamin’s music draws inspiration from some veteran Gospel artistes like the Late Rev. Kusi Obrempong (Kusi Berko), Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Edward Akwasi Boateng (Evangelist), Rev. Yaw Agyemang Badu (YABS), and Uncle Attoh.

Outside the studios Benjamin loves to relax his musical nerves with his PC, by playing around Portfolio Analysis and Spreadsheet custom application development and other programming works.

Currently, Benjamin is working on his New album, which he anticipates to release them in singles between 4 and 6 weeks intervals into 2021.
